Geverlante, every product is carefully crafted and packaged to deliver a refined and satisfying experience. If for any reason an order does not meet expectations, we are here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of consumable products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is in the same condition as received

Opened or used tea products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To assist you quickly, include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used tea products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale
