Geverlante currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup or in-store collection.
All orders must be placed online and will be shipped directly to the provided address.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Once processed, orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Geverlante is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Geverlante is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • Contact us for assistance if the issue persists

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the situation, though we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in all cases.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
